Student Placement Programme - Software Engineer
Ovarro is a company with real purpose. Our RTUs and SCADA have underpinned critical infrastructure for over 40 years and our leak detection portfolio is helping to drive towards a global sustainable future. We are constantly challenging ourselves to make improvements and this year we are looking to bring in some great Student Placement Engineers.
The key areas we would need for you to apply for this placement would be that you come from a Programming/Software Engineer/Computer Science degree, this is important as you may face many technical challenges in your placement year. Understanding of Object Oriented programming languages is also key. We use Java here but if you don’t have knowledge of that we can help you to develop.
Most importantly though is who you are as a person. Do you love tech? Do you enjoy being challenged technically? Do you have a passion for learning new technologies? Can you solve problems alone or as part of a team?
