A leading healthcare company in the North East of England is looking for a STEM student for a 12-month internship starting in August 2026. You will gain practical experience in Packaging and Technical Operations while supporting product compliance, process improvements, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Candidates should be detail-oriented team players with solid communication skills and a proactive mindset.
Are you ready to put your studies into practice and make a meaningful contribution from day one? During your twelve-month placement, you’ll work within both the Packaging Operations and Technical Operations departments, gaining practical experience in a supportive and professional environment.
Packaging Operations oversees the delivery of packaging volumes on site, offering insight into the coordination of an operational function. Technical Operations collaborates with teams across, and beyond the site, to support the blister packaging process. The team provides technical expertise to maintain, improve, and optimise production processes.
You’ll contribute to validation strategies, technical transfer of materials, product compliance, and process troubleshooting. As part of a multidisciplinary site, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including Production, Engineering, and Quality.
