Job summary

Organon LLC invites a STEM student to join our world class manufacturing site in Cramlington, Northumberland for a 12-month student placement starting August 2027. You will work in the Engineering team on real projects, gain practical experience and learn from experienced professionals.

During the placement you’ll assist with key site projects, support validation through documentation, and help drive continuous improvement while complying with cGMP and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Currently studying a relevant degree (e.g. Chemical or Mechanical Engineering), entering 3rd or penultimate year, and returning to studies post-placement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and confident in both written and verbal communication.
• A proactive problem solver, eager to learn, and able to work effectively in a team.
