Job summary

Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting Bank Healthcare Support Workers to support student nurses in their Adult Nursing studies and gain valuable experience while studying for their nursing degree. You will work with and support qualified nursing staff to provide high standards of dignified care across all UHD sites.

Qualifications

• Be currently studying at university toward a degree in Adult Nursing.
• Have completed at least one placement in an acute hospital setting (or prior HCSW experience in a hospital).
• Demonstrate commitment to delivering dignified patient care.
• Show high motivation and excellent communication skills.
• Be enthusiastic and passionate about providing the best possible care.

Responsibilities
