A leading NHS healthcare provider in London is recruiting a student midwife for their Maternity services. This two-year position involves clinical placements and aims to develop competent midwives capable of delivering compassionate care. We are recruiting for a student midwife to join our Maternity services at the Royal London Hospital.
The two-year Postgraduate Diploma in Midwifery aims to produce competent, caring, autonomous, and evidence-based midwives capable of delivering effective woman-centred care for mothers, birthing people, and their families in any context.
Midwives of the 21st century practice within dynamic, rapidly changing, and diverse contexts and require personal, academic, and professional skills to practice effectively.
During the two-year course, students will spend 50% of their time with London South Bank University Southwark and 50% at The Royal London Hospital Barts Health NHS Trust.

Students applying for this funded training post (mid-point band 5 salary) should note that the training grant includes university tuition fees of £9,535 per annum.
