Job Description

  • Be the first point of contact on campus for all face-to-face enquiries from students, staff, and public
  • Respond to queries through online channels including, phone, email, live chat, and social media
  • Respond to queries within the agreed service level agreement and adhere to KPIs
  • Provide information to students regarding courses, assessments, timetables, facilities, and university offerings
  • Contribute to the planning and delivery of induction and enrolment activities, and campus events

The Successful Applicant

Student Information Officer:

  • Previously worked in a role handling customer or student enquiries
  • Excellent customer service skills, providing a first class service to students, staff, and public
  • Able to work in a busy environment, managing multiple tasks
  • Ideally worked in the Higher Education sector, supporting student queries
