We are seeking a part-time Student and Graduate Talent Administrator to join our busy Student and Graduate Talent Team. You will support employer partners and internship students, administer the UWE Internship Scheme, organize employability events, and coordinate work-based learning opportunities.

As the first point of contact for employer partners, you will provide guidance to academics and professional services staff. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential. Since you may work across various teams, being a team player focused on collaboration is important. You should have excellent organizational and administrative skills, including report production, email correspondence, appointment booking, maintaining accurate records, and supporting online resource creation for students. Attention to detail is critical.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate the following essential experience:

  • Broad administrative experience in a complex and busy office environment.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly with MS Office Outlook, Word, Excel, and database systems.
  • Experience working across different teams to share information and best practices.
  • Excellent coordination, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Experience communicating with internal staff and external clients via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Experience handling confidential information with sensitivity.

This role is based at our vibrant Frenchay campus, equipped with the latest facilities and resources to support staff and students.

For more details or to discuss the role, contact Ian Staite at ian.staite@uwe.ac.uk. Interviews are scheduled for the week commencing 14th July at Frenchay Campus. Shortlisting will be completed within two weeks of the application deadline, and candidates will be notified at least a week prior to interviews.

This is a part-time, permanent role working 22.2 hours per week, with options to work over three or four days. The role is primarily campus-based (at least 60%), with some remote work possible.
