Job summary

PACT Solutions Ltd is seeking a Consultant to join our Systems & Integration capability to lead defined Student Finance workstreams across our higher education partners.

This delivery-focused role combines strong analytical thinking with experience of Student Finance systems and higher education business processes, taking ownership of workstreams and coordinating with partner stakeholders to shape solutions and support successful implementation.

Qualifications

• Practical experience of finance processes and finance systems, gained within Higher Education or another sector.
• Experience in requirements elicitation, process mapping and stakeholder analysis.
• Experience delivering finance-related systems, functionality or business processes.
• Strong documentation and workshop output skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops with partner stakeholders.
• Coordinate implementation activities across technical and business teams.
• Define system integration requirements and validate solutions.
• Manage workstreams, risks and delivery plans.
• Support testing and UAT with business stakeholders.
