Job summary

The University of Manchester is seeking a coordinating role within the Student Finance team to oversee delivery, supervise staff, and drive service improvements for student payments and funding.

The post supports senior colleagues and helps embed a student-focused culture across local and university-wide activities, with hybrid working arrangements where appropriate.

• To coordinate the delivery of Student Finance and supervise the work of team members in the delivery of the collaborative Student Finance Team, student payments and student funding activities.
• To support colleagues to embed locally and University-wide a culture of excellent service provision and continuous improvement, placing the student experience at the heart of what we do, with
• To support senior colleagues in the delivery of Student Finance activities.
• Administer a new process for issuing official letters to returning students confirming their tuition fee.
