• Provide high-quality student finance guidance and support.
• Explain Student Finance England applications.
• Process eligibility declarations after interviews and maintain records.
• Stay updated with student finance regulations.
• Collaborate with Registry, Admissions and Student Support for efficient processing.
• Handle student finance enquiries on campus, by phone and via email.
