Job summary

IFSA in London is seeking a Student Experience Coordinator to support undergraduate students enrolled in English and Welsh universities with academic and cultural guidance, and to organize immersive, community‑oriented activities.

You will work closely with the England and Wales Team and colleagues across Europe, reporting to the Student Experience Manager, in a full‑time, on‑site role offering a £32,000 salary and pension contributions, with flexible work arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Support IFSA’s programmes throughout England and Wales by providing academic and cultural support to undergraduate students enrolled in English and Welsh universities.
• Organise culturally immersive and community-oriented activities and contribute to the overall operations of the England and Wales Team.
• Work closely with all members of the local team as well as colleagues from sites in Europe and other IFSA departments.

This position provides academic and cultural support for undergraduate studentsenrolled in English and Welsh universities,organizesculturally immersiveand community-orientedactivities and contributes to the overall operationsof the England and Wales Team.In this position, you will workclosely withall members of the local team, as well ascolleagues from our sites in Europe,the GlobalHealth, Safety& WellbeingTeam, ProgramOperations, AcademicProgramsand Student Engagement.You will take responsibility for students enrolled in a sub-set of IFSA’s partner universities, usually a couple of universities in London plus at least one non-London partner.
