A leading university in the UK is looking for a Student Experience And ResLife Advisor to support student operations and engagement. Responsibilities include handling service requests, addressing welfare concerns, and organizing community events to enhance student residential life. The ideal candidate should possess strong customer service and organizational skills and be proactive in ensuring a supportive environment. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Uxbridge.
Reporting to the Service Delivery and Compliance Management team, you will be the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors, supporting day-to-day operations in halls and ensuring an exceptional, student-focused experience. This includes responding to enquiries, resolving service issues, assisting with welfare concerns, and contributing to a supportive living environment through events and engagement initiatives.
Location: Brunel University London, Uxbridge Campus
Salary: Grade 5 from £29,450 to £30,889 inclusive of London Weighting, with potential to progress to £33,313 per annum through sustained exceptional contribution.
Hours: Full-time, shift-based including evenings and weekends

You will work closely with ResLife Ambassadors, Estates teams, and other departments to deliver a safe, welcoming, and inclusive residential community. Your duties include handling service requests, maintenance queries, and helping organize welcome events and community activities, all vital to our students' residential experience.
