The School of Medicine is seeking an experienced administrator to join its Student Experience Team, supporting the Community Studies sub-team.
This role involves coordinating Primary Care and Community placements for MBChB students, working closely with academic, clinical, and external partners. You will demonstrate excellent organisational, communication, and IT skills, and be confident managing competing priorities in a complex environment. You should have a minimum of 3 GCSE or equivalent at Grade C or above, including English.
Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, managing communications, supporting teaching timetables, and assisting with key events.
