Salary: Band 8 (FTE £31,585 – £37,938, Pro Rata £28,561.65 - £34,306.53)
Contract: Permanent
Working pattern: Full Time, Term Time Only + 2 weeks (41 weeks)
Start date: 1st September 2025

At Ark Charter Academy, we are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Student Entitlement Lead to join our pastoral team. You will work closely with the Head of Year and wider staff team to deliver outstanding support for student wellbeing, behaviour, attendance, and engagement.
This is a vital role at the heart of our school community – ensuring every student feels safe, supported, and ready to learn.
About the role:
As a Student Entitlement Lead at Ark Charter Academy, you will play a key role in supporting the wellbeing, behaviour, and overall experience of students within a specific year group. Working closely with the Head of Year, you will help create a positive, safe, and inclusive school environment by overseeing daily operations such as student reintegration, attendance monitoring, and uniform compliance. You will act as a key point of contact for parents and students, managing communications, coordinating support interventions, and ensuring safeguarding concerns are handled swiftly and appropriately. This is a varied and rewarding role suited to someone who is highly organised, compassionate, and committed to helping every student thrive.
