Job summary

Capital City College in London is seeking an Enrichment Officer on a full-time, fixed-term contract ending 31 October 2028. You will deliver a broad range of learner enrichment provision to college learners, supporting their wellbeing, engagement and progression.

You will network with external agencies, secure enrichment opportunities, and collaborate with curriculum teams to develop learner skills, wellbeing, career readiness and interests.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Experience in a similar support-based role is desirable.

Responsibilities
