About The Role
This is a unique opportunity to directly shape and enhance the undergraduate student experience in one of the UK’s leading business schools.
A degree from the School of Management offers students more than just academic achievement; we provide comprehensive support across academic, employability, and wellbeing areas to help every student reach their full potential. The Student Experience and Engagement Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring that all undergraduate students feel included, supported, and connected throughout their journey.

It is essential that our ideal candidate has experience from a higher education setting in a role focused on supporting and enhancing the student experience. We value inclusive approaches to student learning and development, and embedding the student voice in all our activities, so expertise in these areas is highly sought.
As the Manager of a busy and dynamic team, you will need to demonstrate confident leadership and interpersonal skills to influence, motivate, and support others. Equally important are high levels of empathy and understanding, ensuring that both students and colleagues feel heard, valued, and supported.
