Role responsibilities
  • Refine and reshape the global student recruitment event proposition with a clear focus on driving enrolment outcomes.
  • Serve as product lead for student recruitment events, balancing strategy and delivery to drive innovation and impact.
  • Develop, with the tech teams, the infrastructure needed to create scalable, engaging, and measurable event experiences.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across sales, operations, and tech to optimise event planning, promotion and execution.
  • Collaborate with the global events team to align goals and create a unified delivery model.
  • Work closely with operational leads to deliver events that exceed client and candidate expectations.
  • Support a test-and-learn culture within the team, promoting innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.

Key skills and experience
  • Proven experience in student recruitment and running high-impact events that drive enrolments (ideally in an agency or education-focused setting).
  • Strong understanding of enrolment funnels and how events contribute to successful student journeys.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, outcomes-focused environment.
  • Demonstrated success using technology to elevate student engagement and event outcomes.
  • Prior experience managing or influencing P&L, product development, or commercial success.
  • Skilled at working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, including sales, operations, tech, and marketing.
  • Clear communicator, calm under pressure, and naturally collaborative.
  • Familiar with global student mobility and international education needs and trends.
  • A passion for delivering meaningful student experiences and improving enrolment outcomes.
