We empower our staff to work autonomously and with flexibility by providing them with new state-of-the-art tablets for writing of notes on the go electronically in real time. In this role, you will care for patients in the way that you believe is best, delivering our high service standards, sharing best practice, and actively improving the way we work.

HCRG Care Group (North Kent) is inviting applications to undertake a 1-year full time Specialist Practitioner Award in District Nursing commencing January 2026. This challenging course consists of 50% taught sessions at the University of Greenwich and 50% work based placements. Successful applicants will be employed on a full-time fixed term 12-month contract, receiving a salary and full funding for the Specialist District Nursing programme at the University of Greenwich. There will also be the opportunity to join us as one of our substantive colleagues at the end of the course and ongoing support to complete achievement of the Non-Medical Prescribing. As this is a community-based role, you will need to have a UK driving licence and access to a car.
