Student Contact and Engagement Support Caller

Salary Grade 4 (£23,700 - £25,138 p.a. Depending on experience)

This role will be based on the University campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

Are you a university graduate? Are you a good communicator who can show empathy and understanding? Do you want to play a role in supporting student wellbeing?

The post is ideal for individuals who enjoy communicating, making a difference and working as part of a wider team. You will be part of the Educational Engagement team, but will work across the University with colleagues across the Digital Education Service, Student Education Service and faculties.
