About The Role

This is an excellent opportunity to play a lead role in our Student Conduct, Complaints and Resolution team. As a Student Conduct and Complaints Officer, you will be responsible for managing the student conduct and complaints processes, overseeing and conducting investigations into complex misconduct cases and complaints. You will apply expert knowledge of University policy and the regulatory framework to advise colleagues and students, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and procedures. You will also proactively review and contribute to updates of regulations, policies, and procedures in line with sector developments or changing stakeholder needs.

About You

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complaints sensitively, including formal and informal resolutions, and operating within a regulatory environment. You should be adept at interpreting and complying with complex procedures and regulations. Experience in supporting and contributing to committees and panels, as well as drafting and presenting detailed reports and communications for stakeholders, is essential. You must be able to manage a varied and complex workload, work efficiently under tight deadlines, and communicate effectively with students and staff at all levels with tact and discretion, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
