A leading educational institution in the UK is seeking a communications professional to deliver impactful campaigns that engage and inform over 43,000 students. The role includes strategic planning, content creation, and multichannel campaign management in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have strong insight into the student journey and be comfortable working with diverse stakeholders. Flexible working arrangements are available.
Interviews will take place between 17 and 28 November 2025. This role will be based on the university campus with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
From welcome and graduation to campaigns that champion belonging, wellbeing and success, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-impact communications that keep students informed, inspired and involved. Working closely with colleagues across our Student Education and Experience portfolio, you’ll help shape campaigns, content and messaging that reach more than 43,000 students from 140 countries. You’ll bring energy, insight and a strong understanding of the student journey, helping us foster a sense of belonging and community across everything we do. This is a role for someone who is strategic, collaborative and hands-on – equally comfortable planning multichannel campaigns as writing engaging content, supporting internal stakeholders, and delivering day-to-day communications that reflect the diversity and voice of our student body. You’ll combine strategic planning and delivery oversight with insight-led decision-making and strong collaboration to deliver campaigns and content that champion student voice and truly connect.
