A UK university in Birmingham is seeking Student Supporting Invigilators to assist in the smooth running of examinations. Responsibilities include preparing venues, invigilating tests, and collating materials afterward. Candidates should be current students with excellent teamwork and attention to detail. Training is mandatory, and applicants can work up to 15 hours per week during term time.
The timetabling and Examinations Office at the University of Birmingham is seeking to recruit Student Supporting Invigilators to assist in the invigilation of class tests and exams.
All Invigilators are responsible for facilitating the smooth running of examinations and ensuring the integrity of the examination process. They are responsible to the Senior Examination Invigilator.

The University restricts all students to working up to 15 hours per week during term time. If your application is successful and your course does not follow the usual academic term timetable (e.g. PGT, PGR or PhD student), you and your supervisor must formally agree vacation periods if this role exceeds 15 hours per week.
