We are seeking a dedicated Student Behaviour Mentor to join our specialist education school in Bristol in April 2025. The Student Behaviour Mentor role focuses on building trust, developing independence, and motivating students throughout their education. We support students aged 4-16 years old, providing an inclusive and dynamic learning environment.
* Support pupils facing behaviour management challenges.
* Help students learn and practice healthy coping mechanisms.
* Track progress and implement education plans.
* Practice effective communication skills to resolve conflicts and aid emotional regulation.
* Motivate students to develop independence and engage with learning material.

* £90- £100 per day.
* Full-time, 8am-4pm, Monday to Friday (35 hours).

* Experience supporting children is beneficial but not mandatory.
