Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in school attendance or safeguarding settings is desirable.
• Strong communication with pupils, families and staff.
• Ability to analyse attendance data and identify trends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily attendance patterns and identify early signs of persistent absence.
• Lead timely, supportive interventions in collaboration with families and external partners.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to promote attendance.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to safeguarding discussions as required.
