Are you a student passionate about data, curious about consumer trends, and ready to make an impact in a global company? We’re looking for a motivated Student BI Analyst to join our Sales Operations team at Scandinavian Tobacco Group (STG).
This role is part of our Early Careers Programme, designed to give students aged 18–21 real-world experience and a chance to work with international teams across marketing, sales, and business intelligence. Bonus: your role may qualify for special grant funding – a win-win for you and us!
Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and turn insights into actionable sales recommendations
Support marketing and sales with customer, market, and competitor analyses
Respond to ad-hoc data requests using multiple data sources
Maintain and manage product and customer data
Prepare impactful presentations and help with admin tasks
Offer first-line support for our CRM system and internal salesforce
Currently enrolled in a degree programme (ideally in economics, business, or a related field)
Comfortable with Excel and confident interpreting data
Previous internship or vocational training experience preferred – ideally in the consumer goods industry
Curious, analytical, and detail-oriented with a structured work style
Proactive and hands-on, with a strong sense of ownership and teamwork
Fluent in German and English
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
Remote-first working setup, with occasional travel to our Borehamwood, Hertfordshire office when required
Hands-on experience in an international consumer goods company
