Wild Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-known and respected organisation seeking a Student Advisor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment where you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to students from initial enquiry through to membership.

As a Student Advisor, you will be instrumental in maintaining the company’s strong reputation for outstanding customer service. You’ll support students throughout their journey from registration and enquiries to full membership, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls, delivering a professional and friendly service
  • Resolve queries across multiple channels (phone, email, webchat, webform)
  • Develop a strong understanding of the organisation’s products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Support student progression into membership, contributing to growth and retention targets
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in line with relevant laws and standards

Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident in managing complaints and complex enquiries to resolution
  • Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Able to prioritise tasks and perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive and collaborative team player

In return:

  • Monday to Friday schedule – no weekends or bank holidays
  • 35-hour working week between 7:00am and 7:00pm
  • Hybrid working available after training/probation
  • Private medical insurance
