Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, arts, business or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with a diverse range of students.
• Strong decision-making and critical evaluation.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with MS Office and admissions software.
• Handling sensitive information with discretion.
• Understanding of creative industry trends and student career paths.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students to assess background and goals.
• Conduct structured interviews and assess applications.
• Guide applicants on courses and admissions procedures.
• Stay updated on LCCA offerings, faculty and student support.
• Organize admissions events, open days and fairs.
• Document interviews and maintain records.
• Ensure compliance with admissions policies.
• Collaborate with academic departments on decisions.
• Provide feedback to candidates through the process.
