Strutt & Parker - Senior Surveyor / Associate Director, Rural Land Management

Harrogate | Permanent | Full-Time

The Role

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the Rural Land Management and Consultancy team in Harrogate. The team manages rural estates and provides professional advice on rural estate, farm, and property management. Working closely with other departments, the team is known for its technical excellence and prestigious client base. The role combines estate management and professional consultancy work.

Responsibilities
  • Act as principal agent for key estate management clients, providing professional advice.
  • Undertake estate and farming business reviews.
  • Achieve key client deliverables and ensure compliance with internal and client standards.
  • Identify opportunities for business development and diversification projects.
  • Assist with strategic land promotion, secured lending, and valuations.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team, monitoring profitability and developing new business.
Key Skills
  • MRICS qualified rural surveyor with experience across various projects.
  • Proven leadership potential and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with good time management.

Qualifications
