The role

An exciting opportunity for an experienced negotiator to join our successful Estate Agency team in Kensington. This opportunity would suit a self-starting, highly motivated individual seeking a career challenging opportunity.

Responsibilities

1. Achieve personal financial targets and budget, maximise gross profit
2. Ensure delivery of timely and high quality advice and transactions to clients
3. Meet with clients and assess their particular needs
4. Manage the team and ensure set objectives are set and met
5. Register and manage applicants
6. Arrange and attend viewings around homes
7. Canvass for new business opportunities
8. Explain building issues and regulations to the clients
9. Respond to queries via e-mail and telephone
10. Liaise with solicitors
11. Responsible (sometimes jointly) for successful delivery of all assignments in area of expertise
12. High profile ambassador for Strutt and Parker / BNP Paribas Real Estate in area of expertise
13. Has external recognition and is influential in the market
14. Undertake business planning activities in line with the company’s aims
15. Bill regularly and collect fees as quickly as possible
16. Accurately forecast fees for the office when required to do so
17. Assist in developing initiatives to improve revenue and profitability
18. An understanding of confidentiality issues and the use of discretion

Experience

1. Previous experience in the PCL sales market
2. Excellent telephone manner and client facing skills
3. Significant track record within the local residential sector with a broad cross section of clients
4. Proven fee earner
5. Self starter and can work with little supervision and, where appropriate, under pressure
6. Demonstrate a knowledge of the market which you operate within
