About the Role:

As a Structures Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the Structures Group and Design Office, working on cutting-edge performance programmes. You'll contribute to structural performance improvements, optimize designs, and ensure mass-efficient structures while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform structural analysis, including FEA and hand calculations
2. Support design groups with structural optimisation
3. Manage workload effectively to meet tight deadlines
4. Develop expertise in material properties, failure, and fatigue analysis
5. Participate in technical meetings and cross-team collaboration
6. Ensure cost-effective, high-quality design solutions

1. Degree in a relevant engineering field
2. Strong knowledge of FEA software and structural hand calculations
3. Understanding of structural properties, failure, and fatigue
4. Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player
5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
6. Motorsport or Formula One experience (highly desirable)
