Job summary

Nomura Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Structured Products Middle Office professional for the Structured Rates desk in London on a 6‑month contract. You will provide trade management and first-line support for exotic rates, interacting with Front Office, Risk, Finance and IT to uphold controls and governance.

You will partner with multiple stakeholders to understand product lifecycles and enhance processes, balancing demand while enabling growth in a dynamic, global trading environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of structured derivatives, especially rates.
• Experience in a middle office or control function.
• Understanding of investment bank products and processes with attention to detail.
• Ability to balance demand and drive process improvements.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Desirable familiarity with Python, SQL, Alteryx, PowerBI.

Responsibilities

• Provide trade management and first-line support for Exotic Rates trading desks.
• Interact with Front Office, Risk, Finance, IT and Operations to implement controls.
• Develop and maintain governance frameworks for bespoke and developing products.
• Build relationships with FO and control functions to support growth and innovation.
• Prioritize demand and manage workload across CTB/RTB agendas.
• Collaborate with onshore/offshore GMO teams to drive alignment.
