  • Ensure compliance with global regulations (Investment Advisers Act, AIFMD, Solvency II, etc.)
  • Translate complex financial structures into legal documents, including waterfalls and priority of payments
  • Stay abreast of regulatory and industry changes and support client-facing teams in pitching and investor presentations

What they’re looking for:

  • 7+ years' experience in structured finance, ideally within a top-tier law firm, investment bank, or asset manager
  • UK or US qualified lawyer (minimum 5 years’ PQE)
  • Strong experience with CLOs, CFOs, rated feeders and private credit structuring
  • Familiarity with credit facilities (e.g. ABLs, SPV lending) and associated documentation
  • Solid understanding of global regulatory and tax frameworks, particularly those relevant to insurance and cross-border capital flows
  • Ability to work across legal, investment, and distribution teams in a high-performance environment

What’s on offer:

  • Performance-driven compensation model with long-term incentive alignment
  • Full suite of benefits including private healthcare, pension, sabbatical leave, lunch stipend, and more
  • International exposure and opportunity to lead on complex cross-border structuring initiatives
