Structured Finance Lawyer – 2-6 years PQE

Location: London or Birmingham

Brief

We are currently looking to recruit a 2-6 years PQE Lawyer into our Structured Finance Team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following workstreams: securitisation (private or public), asset-backed securities, receivables financing, and/or asset-based lending.

Background

We advise a broad range of funders and borrowers on various financing transactions. Our clients include UK clearing banks, European and investment banks, independent financiers, and investment funds across asset-based finance, securitisation, and debt capital markets. We also represent borrowers ranging from listed companies to small enterprises. Our practice is broad and expanding, and we are looking for someone to support our growth.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will ideally:

• Have experience in a City, or strong national/regional firm.
• Be technically excellent and commercially aware.
• Be a team player with a client-focused approach, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Be prepared to work closely with partners and senior lawyers in the structured finance practice.
