Within the renowned market leading Structured Products & Derivatives and Asset Backed Finance practices

The team serves financial institutions and corporates across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, and is on the panels of several of the largest global investment banks, as well as numerous global asset managers and funds.

A deal leading senior associate is sought to join the Structured Products team.

You will be a talented and technical Structured Products lawyer, who has the ambition and aptitude to embrace the firm's first-class client base and be a part of a large global team.

The role will offer a varied workload with the opportunity to work on cross-border matters with the firm's global network throughout Europe, ME and APAC.

ABOUT YOU

Applicants should have 5-6pqe, excellent academics with strong Structured Products experience, which will have been gained at another leading City or international practice.

You will be commercially driven, have a strong client focus with a willingness to get actively involved in marketing and business development.

An outstanding salary is on offer as well as a highly competitive compensation package.

The firm offers a hybrid working model, requiring a minimum of three days in-office, subject to role and client needs.
