bp, a global energy company, is seeking a Coordinator in London to support the Capital Advisory & Structured Finance (CASF) team in delivering internal and external funding activity. You will prepare analysis, documentation and approvals behind intercompany loans and equity injections, coordinating inputs from Tax, Legal and Accounting.

You will track the pipeline, maintain team data and improve processes and controls through digital and AI tools, taking greater ownership as you gain experience

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with experience in a corporate finance function or financial services.
• Interest in corporate finance theory, banking and financial risk management.
• Knowledge of oil & gas or energy sectors.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Digital mindset with AI/tech process improvements.
• Self-starter who can work independently or in a distributed team.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare analysis, documentation and approvals for intercompany loans and funding structures.
