Our client, a leading elite US law firm, is experiencing an influx of high-profile and complex structured finance work and is seeking multiple Structured Finance Associates to help build out their growing London practice. Renowned for their expertise and innovative approach, this firm offers a fast-paced, high-calibre environment within a smaller, close-knit team, providing exceptional exposure and career development opportunities.
As a Structured Finance Associate, you will be involved in advising on sophisticated and high-value transactions across a broad range of structured finance areas. This includes CLOs, ABS, RMBS, CMBS, insurance-linked products, capital relief transactions, warehouse financing, repackaging transactions, and structured funds. You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating complex legal documentation, including loan agreements and intercreditor agreements, while collaborating closely with clients and internal teams.

England & Wales qualified solicitor (or equivalent), or a foreign-qualified lawyer with substantial UK experience in structured finance
Strong expertise in financial documentation, intercreditor agreements, and leading on complex transactions.
Experience in CLOs, ABS, RMBS, CMBS, insurance-linked products, capital relief transactions, warehouse financing, repackaging transactions, and/or structured funds will be highly beneficial
Exceptional academic credentials, analytical abilities, and an interest in financial markets.
Excellent time management, organisational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
