Structured Finance Associate (1-3 PQE) – US Firm

We are working with an Elite US law firm on a position within their highly regarded Structured Finance team focusing largely on CLOs (Collateral Loan Obligations).

You will be part of the wider Structured Finance team working on a caseload weighted towards CLO matters which includes both "cash flow" and synthetic total return structure.

You will work with underwriters, issuers, portfolio managers, and other large financial institutions.

You will receive industry-leading training, Partner contact within a highly commended practice, which boasts leading lawyers across the globe. As well as this, you will receive a market-leading salary and bonus.

Salary: £185k-210k depending on level and experience, as well as a competitive bonus.
