Job Description

In brief:

• Support end-to-end execution of complex transactions
• Manage client portfolios and prepare internal credit documents
• Support client pitches and due diligence
• Attend lender meetings, site visits, and conferences
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

Ideal candidates will have backgrounds and experience such as:

• Degree in finance, economics, business, or engineering
• Experience in infrastructure finance (preferred)
• Strong analytical, credit, and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Strong time management and multitasking skills

While experience in digital infrastructure is preferred, our client is open to applications from candidates with an FS background who can demonstrate a clear interest in transitioning into this space.
