Your role

Are you a derivatives salesperson? Do you love building relationships with clients? Are you keen to broaden and deepen your knowledge of the derivatives product set? Are you competitive, self-motivated and diligent, but also collaborative and collegiate?

We are looking for someone who:

  1. can provide sales coverage for wealth management clients & broker/distributor clients across the whole spectrum of non-cash equity products (structured products, vanilla options, QIS, swaps)
  2. will introduce, develop and maintain client relationships by tailoring their sales coverage to specific customer needs. This may include knowledge of the client’s investment mandate and objectives, risk tolerance and their familiarity with different products
  3. has experience executing securitised and OTC cross asset derivatives transactions across multiple product lines, with some familiarity with the securitised product life cycle process
  4. can accurately run systematic pricing and execution processes to tight deadlines, whilst dealing with competing client demands, must have the ability to multi-task
  5. is motivated to succeed, a quick learner, able to perform consistently in a fast-paced environment, and who is diligent and dependable in their behaviour and day-to-day approach to work

Your team

You’ll be working in the Structured and Solutions Derivatives Sales team in London. You will be speaking mainly with wealth management and intermediary clients in order to provide them with access to derivatives-based solutions spanning the whole product spectrum.

Your role will require seamless integration into the existing team and practices, with an ability to support and collaborate with team members across multiple global locations.

Your expertise

  1. ideally 4+ years relevant experience
  2. strong technical understanding of financial markets, specifically including equity derivatives products and strategies
  3. previous sales experience with wealth and/or broker clients
  4. an excellent communicator, with a track record of collaborative behaviour and the ability to work daily across large organisations and with multiple teams
  5. able to thrive in a demanding and high-intensity role, yet still humble and willing to learn from a high-performing team
