Job summary

Marshall Davies Ltd. is seeking a Structural Technician in Leeds to produce 2D drawings and 3D BIM models for temporary and permanent works. You will work closely with engineers to develop coordinated design information, ensuring outputs meet BIM standards and project specifications.

The role requires proven consultancy experience, high attention to detail, and familiarity with Tekla Structures. Hybrid working and early Friday finish are offered as part of a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Structural Technician in a consultancy
• Strong AutoCAD and Revit Structures proficiency
• Experience on temporary and/or permanent works
• Attention to detail and good communication
• Familiarity with BIM standards and coordination processes

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate 2D drawings and 3D BIM models for temporary and permanent works schemes
• Work with engineers to develop clear, coordinated design information
• Assist in preparing drawings, models and technical details per project requirements
• Ensure outputs comply with BIM standards and project specifications
