Structural CAD / Revit Technician

Permanent, Leeds, £42,000 - £55,000 + Package

This structural consultancy based in a relaxed studio in Leeds is seeking to strengthen their drawing design team with the appointment of an experienced structural technician. The successful candidate will work on commercial and residential projects across the North West, producing high-quality design through to completion in collaboration with structural engineers.

The projects encompass both permanent and temporary works.

The company uniquely utilizes both CAD and Revit in equal measure, with a 50/50 split across projects. Therefore, they are seeking a building structures technician proficient in using both systems independently and willing to work with them daily.

The ideal candidate is adaptable, proactive, and comfortable liaising with engineers, contractors, and architects to deliver projects on time.
