Job Description:

Senior Revit Technician for Energy and Power projects (up to £60k with Hybrid / remote options available)

Our client is a large multidisciplined design consultancy operating across the UK, working on major energy and power frameworks. They are seeking experienced Revit technicians to support their Energy and Power networks team, providing technical support for companies like National Grid, SSE, and UKPN on large infrastructure projects.

This role offers an opportunity to join a supportive team, leading the production of Revit Models and CAD drawings throughout all design stages.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and supervise coordinated 3D BIM models using Revit
• Prepare engineering models & drawings from sketches and design information
• Collaborate with external stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to ensure multidisciplinary delivery
• Utilize BIM technologies in cloud and managed systems for key project stages
• Manage drafting aspects of projects, promoting collaboration

Experience, skills, and education required

• HNC/HND or equivalent in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Experience as a Revit Technician in the power and energy sector, particularly with energy infrastructure projects such as substations or industrial facilities
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of ISO 19650, BIM templates, and collaborative information management software
• Experience with digital platforms like BIM360 (training provided if needed)
