Senior Revit Technician for Energy and Power projects (up to £60k with Hybrid / remote options available)

Our client is a large multidisciplinary design consultancy operating across the UK, working on major energy and power frameworks. They are seeking experienced Revit technicians to support their Energy and Power networks team, which provides high-end technical support for clients such as National Grid, SSE, and UKPN on large infrastructure projects.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced Revit Technician to join a supportive team, develop leadership skills, and contribute to the production of Revit Models and CAD drawings throughout all project stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce and supervise coordinated 3D BIM models using Revit.
• Prepare engineering models and drawings from sketches and design information.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to achieve multidisciplinary project outcomes.
• Utilize BIM technologies, including cloud and managed systems, to prepare engineering drawings for various project phases.
• Manage drafting aspects of projects, ensuring collaboration and quality.

Experience, Skills, and Education:

• HNC/HND or equivalent in Civil or Structural Engineering preferred.
• Proven experience as a Revit Technician in the power and energy sector, focusing on energy infrastructure projects such as substations and industrial facilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards, BIM templates, and collaborative information management software.
• Experience with digital platforms like BIM360 is advantageous; training will be provided.
