Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd in Derby seeks an experienced Structural Revit Technician for a contract role. You will produce precise structural drawings and detailing using AutoCAD, supporting multi-million-pound projects and BIM Level 2 compliance where applicable.

Join a busy design team, liaising with engineers to ensure accurate, timely delivery across steel, concrete, timber and masonry elements, from concept through to construction on a long-term basis.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong technical detailing skills and a good understanding of structural construction.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with project delivery from concept through to construction.

Structural Revit Technician - Contract

Derby

£40.00-£45.00 per hour (outside IR35)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Structural Technician to join a busy engineering consultancy in Derby on an urgent long-term contract.

Working as part of an established design team, you will play a key role in producing high-quality structural drawings and technical detailing for complex building projects.

As a Structural Technician, your responsibilities will include:

• Producing accurate structural drawings and detailing using AutoCAD
• Supporting the delivery of major construction projects valued at over £20 million
• Preparing drawings in line with current industry standards and BIM Level 2 requirements where applicable
• Working with a variety of structural materials including steel, reinforced concrete, timber and masonry
