Job summary

Aldwych Consulting Ltd is seeking a Structural Revit Technician to join their Watford team on a full-time basis. You will work on building structures projects using Revit and AutoCAD, taking ownership of modelling and documentation.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with structural design in a consultancy environment, is capable of working independently within a mid-sized team, and is committed to professional development and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with structural revit technician work for buildings structures projects.
• Ability to interpret design drawings and produce accurate 3D models and documentation.

Would you be interested to work for a large privately owned multidisciplinary design consultancy based out of their Watford office? Would you like to work in a mid sized design team where autonomy is given and everyone really counts? Are you an ambitious yet hands on individual with some years of experience working in a structural revit technician role for buildings structures projects? The firm work on a wide variety of buildings design work, including light industrial and warehouses projects, a small amount of high end residential, large mixed used city centre developments, multi-national retail clients, and hotel chain operators and transport projects. Projects range from £100,000 to £45m in value. They are close to overground rail and there are showers and cycle parking, modern, airy office space, close to the High street and there is an on site cafe.

You should be a flexible and capable all round technician, experienced with both autocad and revit, seeking to further your career.
