Job description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Structural Revit Technician to join a well-established multidisciplinary consultancy in their Manchester office.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be a capable and proactive technician with at least 3 years' experience and strong technical knowledge across major construction materials (steel, concrete, masonry, and timber). You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality detailing from concept through to construction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce accurate 2D and 3D models using Revit and AutoCAD
  • Support the delivery of a wide range of structural projects, from residential schemes to large multi-storey developments
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and consultants to coordinate design solutions
  • Maintain high detailing standards and ensure designs meet project and client requirements
  • Work independently and take ownership of project deliverables, with minimal supervision

Key Requirements

  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
  • Solid understanding of UK building detailing standards
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously
