A new opportunity for a Structural Revit Technician in Birmingham. My Client provides innovative and sustainable solutions for a wide range of projects, from residential and commercial buildings to infrastructure and industrial facilities.

Role
A skilled and talented Structural Revit Technician is required to join a dynamic and highly skilled Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed structural drawings and models using Revit software. They will work closely with structural engineers to produce accurate and high-quality designs for a variety of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed structural drawings and models using Revit software
• Collaborate with structural engineers to develop accurate and efficient designs
• Ensure all drawings and models comply with relevant codes and standards
• Review and update existing drawings and models as needed
• Communicate and coordinate with other team members to ensure project deadlines are met
• Attend project meetings and provide technical support as required
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Revit software
• Identify and suggest improvements to enhance the efficiency and quality of our design processes
• Adhere to company standards, policies, and procedures at all times

This role is ideal for a Structural Technician who is really seeking a Revit focussed role and an opportunity to work on some very interesting, challenging and diverse schemes. With a minimum of 3 years Revit experience and with good proficiency in the software you will be able to manipulate Revit effectively to produce the required drawing packages and models etc.

Applicant will have a strong understanding of building codes and standards and excellent attention to detail. It is essential you have excellent communication and time management skills
