Job summary

Ruler Tech in the United Kingdom is seeking a Nights Supervisor to lead a hands-on team on a major bridge repairs project at Baynards Green (M40), near Bicester. This is a night-shift, long-term role with immediate start on a highways infrastructure scheme.

You will supervise operatives, coordinate nightly works to the programme, ensure high safety and quality standards, maintain site paperwork, and report progress to the Site Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising bridge repairs or heavy civils projects.
• Concrete repair experience is essential.
• SSSTS or SMSTS, CSCS Card, and driving licence are required.

Night Shifts | Immediate Start

£280-£350 per night (CIS/Ltd) DOE

We're looking for an experienced Night Shift Supervisor to join a long-term bridge repair project at Baynards Green (M40), Bicester.

This is a hands-on supervisory role leading a team carrying out structural concrete repairs on a major highways infrastructure project.

• Coordinating nightly works to programme.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
• Daily briefings, toolbox talks and site coordination.

Essential

• Previous experience supervising bridge repair or heavy civils projects.
• Concrete repair experience is essential.
• SSSTS or SMSTS.
• CSCS Card.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety procedures.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Desirable

• Highways Passport.
• IPAF.
• PASMA.
• First Aid.
• NRSWA or other highways-related tickets.
