Carrington West is seeking an experienced Concrete Repairs Supervisor in Upton, Wirral to lead specialist repair projects across the North West. You will oversee the safe and efficient delivery of concrete repair and hydro demolition works, ensuring works are completed on programme and to the highest quality standards.

The role offers a salary up to £55,000, dependent on experience, with long-term career progression, ongoing training and the opportunity to work on challenging infrastructure

Are you an experienced Concrete Repairs Supervisor with a strong background in concrete repair and hydro demolition works? My client is looking for a skilled Concrete Repairs Supervisor to join their growing team in Upton, Wirral. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of specialist repair projects, supervise experienced site teams and play a key role in delivering high-quality infrastructure works.

Your Role

As a Concrete Repairs Supervisor, you will oversee the safe and efficient delivery of concrete repair and hydro demolition projects. You will be responsible for ensuring works are completed to programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

• Supervising concrete repair and hydro demolition works on a range of infrastructure projects.
• Leading and coordinating site teams, specialist operatives and subcontractors.
• Planning daily site activities and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Monitoring quality throughout the repair process and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Managing plant, materials and labour requirements.
• Carrying out site inspections and maintaining accurate records.
• Ensuring all work complies with health, safety and environmental legislation.
• Liaising with clients, engineers and project managers to provide regular progress updates.
• Identifying site issues and implementing practical solutions to keep projects on programme.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience supervising concrete repair projects.
• Hands-on experience within concrete repairs is essential.
• Experience supervising hydro demolition works.
• A strong understanding of concrete repair techniques, structural repair methods and industry best practice.
• Experience managing site teams and subcontractors.
• Excellent knowledge of health and safety legislation.
• Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications are desirable.
