Due to increased demand and repeat business from satisfied clients, they are seeking to add talented Mid to Senior level Structural Project Engineers to their team.

Role outline:

• Collaborate with a team of engineering specialists on projects for key clients
• Develop structural engineering solutions and coordinate with other disciplines
• Manage a varied pipeline of projects from day one, ensuring high-quality delivery
• Communicate effectively with clients to keep them informed and engaged
• Review documents and drawings to ensure quality, compliance, and client satisfaction

Required skills and knowledge:

• Proven experience in structural engineering design across steel, concrete, timber, etc.
• Willingness to pursue chartership or relevant qualifications
• Experience managing projects for new builds and renovations
• Leadership experience, mentoring junior staff, and reviewing work (preferred)
• Ability to assess buildings and prepare SERs/calculation packages
